YOU HAVE 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT TO REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA).
    IT WILL BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN RMA FOR ELECTRONIC ITEMS.
  1. YOUR REASON WILL HAVE TO BE VERY COMPELLING.
  2. NO RETURNS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT! COVERED BY INSURANCE!
  3. NO RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT WORKING! COVERED UNDER ITEMS WARRANTY BY MANUFACTURER.
      TO GET A RMA:
    1. EMAIL TWOBITSANDMORE REQUESTING A RMA. (>b>USE FORM BELOW)
    2. DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE RMA FROM TWOBITSANDMORE.
    3. WHEN UNPACKING SAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKING. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKING. ITEMS RETURNED TO TWOBITSANDMORE IN ANY OTHER CONDITION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

      TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND:
    1. ITEMS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    2. THERE IS A POSSIBLE MAXIMUM RESTOCKING FEE OF 5%.

      IF ANY RETURN ITEM THAT IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY YOU.
      YOUR REFUND WILL BE REDUCED OVER AND ABOVE THE RESTOCKING FEE BY THE AMOUNT REQUIRED TO REPAIR/CLEAN/ETC.
